Your Tasks
- Support of the ward management in administrative and organizational tasks
- Ensuring high-quality care according to current standards
- Co-responsibility for duty planning and personnel management
- Quality assurance and support in onboarding new employees
- Active participation in direct patient care
- Interface between nursing staff and other professional groups
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Further training to become a ward manager or willingness to complete it
- You are responsible and enjoy working independently in a multiprofessional team
- Flexibility and commitment are a matter of course for you
- Strong communication skills as well as excellent manners
