In Customer Solution, we maintain complex customer infrastructures and foster active relationships with stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operation of customer infrastructures.
For our location in Zurich Kloten, we are looking for a committed individual as an Operations Engineer from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your role
- Operation and continuous monitoring of the server landscape as well as implementation of orders and projects in the server area
- Effort estimation and development of technical concepts including collaboration in the preparation of offers in the server environment
- Administration, maintenance, and implementation of Windows Server services (Active Directory, DHCP, Print Services, GPO) with a focus on secure, stable, and high-performance server operation
- Ensuring Microsoft 365 administration as well as stable and reliable operation
- Operation of the customers' Exchange Hybrid environment and administration of Exchange using PowerShell
- Active participation in projects where you contribute your expertise and drive the further development of our IT systems
- Planning and execution of change and release management for the responsible systems/services in close coordination with the customer
- Support and maintenance of the client infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Provision of client support, incident management & problem management (2nd-/3rd level) for fast and efficient problem resolution
Your profile
- Solid IT education such as a federal certificate/diploma, HF, FH, or a comparable education or many years of professional experience
- Good Windows Server and client knowledge including M365 / Azure
- Your quick comprehension and good learning ability distinguish you
- You enjoy customer consulting and have an absolutely polished appearance
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is mandatory
- On-call duty availability
