Your future challenges and stakes are multiple:

As a Beautician / Masseur M/F/X, you will embody the image of our first Spa L’Olivier de Leos with the goal of providing quality service to clients. You will take care of our clients during their visit to the Spa, notably by providing the brand’s signature treatments to achieve optimal satisfaction.

Your main missions and responsibilities will be:

• Perform aesthetic and body treatments according to the protocols defined by the brand L’Olivier de Leos;
• Ensure a pure well-being and unique experience for our clientele;
• Provide personalized advice on the services and products of the brand L’Olivier de Leos;
• Promote the sale of complementary treatments and boutique products;
• Prepare the cabins before each treatment and ensure the restocking of products & linens;
• Transmit all necessary client information to the Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager to update the CARDEX;
• Apply current safety standards and instructions, and inform the Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager of any malfunction;
• Work closely with other hotel departments: Reception, Technical, etc.;
• Know the services offered by the hotel, inform clients upon request, encourage them to use them, and direct them to the right service to make a reservation;

• Must have a training in aesthetics (CPA, BEP, BTS, CQP, etc.)
• Significant experience in Wellness & SPA – Luxury, ideally in a hotel establishment
• Fluency in French and English, a third language would be a plus
