Group Leader Specialist Childcare (60 - 100% workload)
Your area of responsibility
- Leading the group with children between 2 months and 2 years
- Supporting the training of a specialist in training
- Supporting the management of the children's group
- Implementing the pedagogical goals of the daycare center
- Other diverse tasks in daily daycare operations
Your profile
- A completed training as a childcare specialist or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
- Ideally, you have the trainer course with BBT recognition or interest in completing the course
- You approach the children with joy, empathy, and commitment
- You are a creative, enthusiastic, and resilient personality
- You maintain a respectful, responsible, and collegial manner
- You are flexible and a team player
