For the interdisciplinary learning program Career Choice and Life Preparation 15 plus, we are looking for a social pedagogue at the boarding school starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement in 2026

Do you want to work with us?

Then, in addition to a positive attitude, ability to reflect, resilience, flexibility, and humor, you must have a diploma from a university of applied sciences (FH/HF) in social work / social pedagogy or a related field. Accordingly, you are capable of professionally shaping a high-quality, theory-driven, and goal-oriented daily routine for the youth.

Your tasks

The concept of the residential group is to accompany young people who are in an extraordinary life situation through a difficult phase of life with good structures and high consistency.

This includes:

• Participative, systemic-interdisciplinary collaboration with students, parents, and professionals (therapy, social work, and special education)
• Personality development and career choice preparation as a central methodological goal
• ICF-based support of six young people (15-20 years)
• Residential group operating on a 14-day cycle
• Two weeks of holiday camp supervision per year
