The Knecht Group is an expanding service group in the areas of travel, transport, repairs, and healthcare. It employs around 2000 employees in various subsidiaries.
The finance team of the knechtcare division is responsible for the finance and accounting of the healthcare division. The knechtcare area specializes in outpatient services in healthcare.
We are looking to complement the finance team from February 2026 or by arrangement with an ambitious personality as a Clerk in Finance and Accounting (m/f/d) (60-100%)
Your main tasks
- Processing of accounts receivable (including dunning) and accounts payable accounting
- Financial accounting and posting of cash flows with ongoing balance control
- Assistance with operational accounting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assistance with VAT returns and tax declarations
- Supporting the supervisor and line managers with special tasks/projects
- Participation in the creation of process workflows
- Support of the finance team and department heads in administrative matters
- Taking over deputy roles in the team and possibly supervising commercial apprentices
Your profile
- Professional experience in accounting or finance
- Commercial basic training and preferably further training in accounting or business administration (e.g., Clerk in Finance and Accounting)
- You are an ambitious personality and want to develop further in a challenging role. You are organized, eager to learn, resilient, and ready to take responsibility.
- Good Excel skills, basic knowledge of Abacus, and precise working method
