Tasks
- Provide professional nursing care and guidance to patients and families.

Skills
- Completed nursing education as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF/FH.
- Experience in surgical patient care is a plus.
- Strong pedagogical skills and enjoyment in supporting learners.

What you can achieve
- Professional nursing care and advice for our patients and their relatives
- Collaboration in the normal nursing daily routine within the team
- Professional supervision of a maximum of two HF students and ensuring the learning process and training quality
- Content planning and design of internships
- Close cooperation and joint project implementation with the vocational training manager of the Department of Education & Training, the trainers, and the ward management in the shared leadership team
- Participation in meetings and workshops within the shared leadership team
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- Experience as a trainer or willingness to complete additional pedagogical training
- Experience in caring for surgical patients is an advantage
- Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in supporting and accompanying learners/students
- Willingness to continue education and training in vocational training committees
