About the job

Leadership and development of the Corporate Development department including multi-project and process management as well as quality and risk management

Establishment of Corporate Development as a strategic control and development unit

Ensuring alignment between strategic initiatives and operational business

Development and implementation of process optimizations

Building and leading an effective multi-project management (MPM)

Sparring partner for hospital management on strategic, operational, and cross-organizational issues

Identification and further development of topics in the areas of operational optimization, innovation, and digitization

Analysis of trends and derivation of strategic fields of action

Promotion of project, process, and method competence within the organization (quality management, lean, etc.)

Your tasks

Your profile

Completed studies (university/FH) in business administration, health economics, or comparable
Several years of experience in strategic, cross-organizational roles, ideally in healthcare
Sound knowledge in project and process management as well as organizational development
Strong social and leadership skills with the ability to build trust, manage change processes sensitively, and reconcile different interests
Communicative, analytical, networked-thinking personality with a strong will to shape
Interest in innovation, digitization, and new solution approaches
Visionary and implementation-strong
