\n\n\nWhat you do\n\n
- Disposition and monitoring of general cargo tours, partial and full loads (route planning)
- Coordination and allocation of vehicles as well as utilization of the fleet
- Planning and management of driving personnel
- Communication with drivers, customers, and partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery
- Customer support and consulting
- Monitoring compliance with legal regulations
- Collaboration with internal and external departments
- General organizational and administrative tasks
- Willingness to regularly work in shifts (between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m., Mon-Fri)
- Completed training as a transport and logistics dispatcher or equivalent training, ideally in the transport industry
- Professional experience as a transport dispatcher in Switzerland as well as good knowledge in route and deployment planning
- Professional experience as a CH-national driver is an advantage
- Driver's license category CE, ADR training, CZV certificate
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills, experience in using transport software is an advantage
- Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
