Your Profile
- Experienced project developer (m/f)
- Good knowledge of Swiss construction law as well as the Central Swiss real estate market
- Strong negotiation skills
- Independent work with committed project depth as well as precise and detailed working methods
Your Challenges
- Project development from land evaluation to official approval
- Preparation of feasibility and potential studies as a basis for decision-making
- Project management in investor, total performance competitions, and development agreements
- Coordination and negotiation with clients, authorities, and planners
- Profitability calculations
