- Creation of timetables for all bachelor degree programs using the planning tool «Untis»
- Creation of exam schedules for bachelor degree programs
- Planning of teaching events according to the curriculum while complying with complex requirements and framework conditions
- Preparation of elections
- Processing, organizing, and handling large amounts of data, including imports and exports via interfaces to surrounding systems
- Room planning for continuing education and master’s degree programs
- Occasional participation in digitization projects related to «timetable planning», support and further development of internal applications
- Creation of timetable simulations and feasibility studies
- Maintenance and ongoing updating of documentation to ensure smooth operations
- Commercial or comparable education with several years of professional experience
- Experience in organizational or planning areas
- A strong affinity and experience in handling complex software systems
- Analytical and planning thinking as well as a pronounced solution orientation
- Enjoyment in dealing with highly complex topics and recurring tasks «in detail»
- Experience in stakeholder management
- A high degree of independence and personal responsibility in daily work
- Very good German and English skills
