- Personnel management and development of around 60 employees in a 3-shift operation
- Production planning and control with a focus on punctuality, quality, productivity, and efficiency
- Process optimization to increase productivity and quality
- Quality assurance according to company standards
- Contact person for shift supervisors
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Completed technical training (apprenticeship HF, FH or similar technical training), ideally in the wood industry
- Experience in personnel management is an advantage
- Empathetic personality with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
- Joy and ability to actively drive changes forward and successfully implement them in a team
- Cooperative and motivating team leadership
- English skills
