- Selecting suitable employees, their training and qualification regarding quality, environment, and safety
- Monitoring employees regarding safety, environment, and enforcing safety and environmental rules
- Commercial basic training or professional experience in the commercial field
- Friendly interaction with customers, employees, and supervisors
- Resilience even in hectic situations
- Good PC skills as a user
- Native language in German or French and willingness to learn the other foreign language. Bilingual is an advantage but not a requirement
