Your tasks

Versatile and varied activity at the reception and on patrol duty (365 days a year, in 3-shift operation)
Carrying out access controls and receiving persons
General telephone, reception, and information service
Support of the in-house fire brigade and the medical service
Taking on special tasks in the area of security and control rounds according to running and shift schedule

Your profile

Completed vocational training or equivalent education
High service orientation as well as independence, good manners, and a pronounced sense of responsibility
Driver's license category B
Impeccable reputation (debt enforcement and criminal record extract)
Good IT application skills, specifically in the area of access control and monitoring
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills in spoken form
Physical fitness to meet the requirements of control rounds
Ability to work in a shift operation (night, weekends, and holidays) without losing attention and professionalism
Several years of experience in reception and control rounds, knowledge of a second official language, completed FSB training or an equivalent qualification in the field of security and monitoring services are advantageous
Additional skills such as first aid knowledge, fire protection knowledge, or special security certificates (e.g., in the field of electronic security systems or property protection) are advantageous
