Commissioning Technician for Energy Systems

Your Tasks
- Planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning (emergency power systems and combined heat and power plants) with all involved parties. These mainly include Avesco project management, Avesco service technicians, the client, and the subcontractors who install the system on behalf of Avesco.
- Conducting and comprehensive documentation of the entire commissioning up to and including the handover of the system to the customer or operator.
- Troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation of complex control, process engineering, or electrical issues (root cause analysis).
- On-site installation management of larger projects in an internationally composed environment (clients, contractors, suppliers).
- Conducting test runs, as well as extensive customer acceptance tests and customer training.
- Deployment throughout Switzerland from the place of residence for commissioning from a few days to several weeks.
- Occasional assignments for customer service and project realization.
Your Profile
- Technical basic training with corresponding further education as an electrical engineer, technician, or comparable.
- Experience in plant construction with P&ID diagrams, electrical diagrams, etc.
- Knowledge of PLC control systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, etc.) is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic about the very specific emergency power technology, combined heat and power plants, and modern combustion engine technology.
- Reliable, resilient, independent, and flexible personality with a joy for customer contact in the field.
- Very good German skills and good English skills; French is an advantage.
