Team Leader Household Services (80%)
Your tasks
- Professional, organizational, and personnel management of the household services team
- Ensuring a high-quality and needs-based household service provision for our clients
- Taking on household service assignments and needs assessments at our clients' homes
- Responsibility for deployment planning, resource management, and process optimization
- Participation in the development of standards and concepts in collaboration with management
- Promotion and support of employees in their professional and personal development
- Close cooperation with the nursing team leaders, training, as well as with internal and external partners
- Participation in projects and support of management in strategic and operational tasks
Your profile
- Completed training as a household services specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification, ideally with further training in leadership or management, or training as a FaGe with a passion for household services
- Several years of professional experience in household services, preferably in Spitex or healthcare
- Leadership experience or clear motivation to take on a leadership role
- Organizational talent, high initiative, and the ability to act solution-oriented even in unforeseen situations
- Good application knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with Perigon software
- Driver's license category B and own car
