Your tasks
- Conducting individual and group sessions for the psychological support of pain patients
- Conducting motivation training to promote active participation of patients in pain management
- Teaching strategies for pain management, especially incorporating cognitive-behavioral approaches
- Supporting patients in understanding the biological, psychological, and social aspects of pain
- Collaborating in an interdisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists, and nursing staff for holistic patient care
- Creating individual therapy plans and regularly documenting the therapy progress
- Actively contributing to the further development of the pain medicine section
Your profile
- Completed scientific university degree in psychology (Diploma, M.Sc.) and advanced psychotherapy training, aiming for expertise in behavioral therapy, preferably completed PT1
- Interest in the field of "pain medicine and pain psychotherapy"
- Interest, ideas, and motivation for the further development of psychological pain treatment Motivation and ability to work purposefully and cooperatively in an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Communication and cooperation skills, enjoyment in developing clinical work
