From June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement.
You can expect from us
- Clarifying reports for the support of children and adults (recording and conducting own interviews, participating in home visits, legal clarifications, mainly in the areas of family law, inheritance law, property law, contract law, private international law, etc.)
- Processing assigned legal matters (matters requiring consent according to Art. 416 ZGB, adoptions, maintenance agreements, etc.)
- Drafting decisions
- Taking minutes at decision meetings and participating with an advisory vote
- Providing information to mandate holders and private individuals
You bring with you
- Completed studies in law
- Professional experience, especially in civil procedural or administrative law proceedings or in child and adult protection law, is an advantage
- Commitment, social skills, flexibility, and efficient as well as precise work
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written form as well as IT application knowledge
- Team-oriented, networked thinking, and resilient personality
