- You operate modern bagging and palletizing systems including big bag filling and keep the entire filling process under control – of course in compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
- You prepare mixtures precisely according to the recipe, ensuring consistent product quality.
- Thanks to your attentive and precise working style, you recognize deviations early and prevent downtime and product losses.
- You reliably document your activities in reports and proof documents and record material withdrawals cleanly in the MES.
- With your proactive thinking, you contribute ideas and continuously drive process optimizations forward.
- Order, cleanliness, and quality are a matter of course for you in everyday work.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in the food sector (e.g., dairy technologist, cook, baker) or as a plant operator.
- You show flexibility through your willingness to work in a 2-shift operation and, if necessary, also in a 3-shift operation (you need your own vehicle).
- You have a good command of German, both spoken and written, and also bring technical flair and interest in plants.
- You learn new processes and systems quickly and find your way around filling plants and operating systems quickly.
- Your physical and mental fitness make you resilient – you remain calm and focused even in hectic situations.
- Responsibility, quality awareness, and team spirit characterize you.
