Microsoft 365, Power Apps and Digital Workplace Senior Consultant / Expert

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Apps, to enhance the digital workplace.
• Create strategies for seamless integration of Power Apps within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Develop and customize Power Apps to address specific business requirements.
• Implement efficient data models, workflows, and user interfaces using Power Apps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions that enhance the digital workplace experience.
• Design and implement automation processes to streamline digital workplace workflows.
• Implement and optimize Microsoft Teams for effective collaboration and communication.
• Integrate Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 tools to create a cohesive and integrated digital workplace environment.
• Provide training sessions to end-users on using Microsoft 365 applications and Power Apps.
• Offer ongoing support to ensure a smooth and productive digital workplace experience.

• An EPFL/ ETH/m University degree in the Scientific, Technical or Management fields.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 and Power Apps Architect or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Apps. Viva suite is a plus. 
• Experience with Power Apps development and customization.

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, especially Azure.

Preferred Skills: 

• Microsoft Certified: Power Apps and Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Familiarity with Digital Workplace concepts, strategies and best practices
• Experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft 365 & Power Platform collaboration solutions.
• Knowledge of modern workplace technologies and trends.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Capability to work fluently in French and English. 
• Ability to travel in CH Romandie.
