As part of a retirement within the Infrastructure Department, we are looking for a candidate to start in early 2026 at Morges Hospital for the position of:
Executive Assistant (M/F) at 100%
reporting to the General Secretary of the General Management

YOU HAVE
- A commercial employee CFC or a diploma considered equivalent preparing for the role of executive/administrative assistant.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant, ideally acquired in an environment related to construction, real estate management, or infrastructure.
- Excellent written French skills, flawless writing and spelling ease, accompanied by good synthesis skills.
- An exemplary professional attitude, a sense of service, and a strong internal and external client orientation.
- Personal skills such as autonomy, rigor, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- The ability to anticipate, prioritize, and effectively plan activities, even in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to collaborate smoothly with different stakeholders.
- Perfect mastery of common office tools (Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) and ease in creating PowerPoint presentations intended for the Department Management.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Director of the Infrastructure Department: proactive management of emails and agenda, preparation and drafting of correspondence, minutes, and internal notes; planning and coordination of work sessions; development of documents and decision support materials (ppt) according to the files handled.
- Manage and ensure follow-up of files related to the infrastructure domain, including: lease agreements, claims follow-up, management of external partner presence, tender procedures, and other specific administrative tasks through a functional link with Department collaborators.
- Ensure reception and administrative permanence of the Department, guaranteeing professional and efficient physical and telephone reception.
- Actively contribute to the dynamic with General Management by participating in substitution and continuity of the administrative team's activities, as well as ensuring good information flow within the managements.
- Progress towards supervising apprentices and interns, according to service needs and position development.
