• Sie beraten unsere renommierten Kunden strategisch bei Bauprojekten, z. B. in den Bereichen Industrie, Logistik oder Pharma.
• Bereits in der Konzeptphase bringen Sie Ihr umfassendes Wissen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung des Gesamtvorhabens ein und wirken aktiv beim Projekt-Setup mit.
• Gemeinsam mit unserem Team verantworten Sie das Projektmanagement komplexer Bauvorhaben und stellen dabei unsere hohen Qualitäts- und Servicestandards sicher.
• Sie koordinieren und steuern sämtliche Leistungen interner und externer Projektbeteiligter.
• Sie überwachen die Einhaltung der Projektziele, einschließlich Zeit- und Kostenrahmen sowie definierter Prozesse und Systeme.
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Auswahl, Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden.
• Die aktive Pflege bestehender Kontakte und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, der Ausbau Ihres Netzwerks, die Erschließung neuer Marktsegmente sowie die Positionierung unserer Leistungen in neuen Anwendungsfeldern gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.

Qualifikationen

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder ähnlich.
• Sie bringen mindestens zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Aufgabenfeldern mit, einschließlich fundierter Expertise im industriellen Bauwesen.
• Sie haben nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung oder (teilweisen) Führung komplexer Großprojekte und Programme.
• Sie besitzen umfassendes Wissen in moderner Teamführung sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Empathie.
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sie beherrschen den sicheren Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und Tabellenkalkulationsprogrammen.
