It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labor market with measures from unemployment insurance. A quick and lasting job placement is the main focus.

Personnel Consultant RAV Wil (m/f/d)

What to expect
- Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
- Conducting and documenting counseling sessions
- Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments (logistics of labor market measures, legal service, employer service, etc.)
- Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of abuses
- Performing all administrative tasks related to the activities
What distinguishes you
- Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
- Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to undertake this further education
- Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close relation to social insurance
- Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from various social and cultural backgrounds
- Flexibility and willingness to work also at the RAV locations St.Gallen and Wattwil
