• You welcome the patients in the OR sluice and ensure a professional, calm start to the procedure
• You prepare the operating table and ensure an individual, safe, and professional surgical positioning
• You care for the patients situationally and competently throughout the entire positioning process – always with a focus on comfort, safety, and prevention
• You take co-responsibility in the decision about the specific OR positioning and actively contribute your expertise
• You carry out nursing therapeutic measures and support the team in the versatile OR daily routine

• Training as a health specialist or a comparable nursing qualification, ideally with initial OR experience
• Specialist course for surgical positioning or the motivation to complete it promptly and further expand your know-how
• Independent, responsible way of working and enjoyment in actively thinking along in the OR team
• Good German skills in spoken and written form at least at level B2
