• Strategic and operational responsibility for the Unified Communications & Collaboration area
• Management and further development of the assortment including article maintenance, pricing, and lifecycle management
• Planning, implementation, and negotiation of marketing activities to achieve sales targets
• Responsibility for sales, profit, budget, and stock coverage of manufacturers
• Close cooperation with Specialized Sales as well as advising customers and partners
• Market, competition, and trend analyses as well as coordination of internal workflows and processes

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further education in product management or marketing
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the UCC environment (e.g., IP telephony, system telephony, web & video conferencing solutions)
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• Experience in price negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers
• Analytical thinking skills as well as an independent, structured way of working
• Very good MS Office and Excel skills, ERP experience (e.g., Microsoft Navision/Dynamics) is an advantage
