As a professionally independent authority, KESB Bülach North is responsible for all first-instance decisions in child and adult protection for 16 municipalities. For a maternity cover, we are temporarily looking for a from December 1, 2025 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Conducting fact-finding investigations and issuing clarification orders
- Drafting decisions, consultations, and other correspondence
- Preparing and recording hearings of affected persons and other involved parties
- Supervision of ongoing child and adult protection measures on behalf of the responsible authority member
- Providing telephone legal advice
Your profile
- University degree in law (MLaw or lic.iur.)
- Professional experience desired, preferably at the court, in child and adult protection, or in a related field
- Empathetic and confident handling of people in demanding and difficult situations
- Independent, precise, and resource-/solution-oriented working style as well as negotiation skills
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Team-oriented, resilient, and integral personality with high social competence
- Very good communication skills and confident written expression
