Health Professional (Nursing Pool) 5–100%
What will you do with us?
Whether to bridge short-term absences, during increased workload, or in special situations – as a pool employee, you are an important link in the interprofessional collaboration. You have the opportunity to work both flexibly and on fixed planned days or in fixed planned shifts. Your assignments take place across departments in various specialist areas. Of course, you will receive a solid introduction in all departments – and our internal training offerings are open to you.
- You care for our patients and support them with high personal responsibility, professionally, patient-oriented, and according to the latest findings.
- In doing so, you share responsibility for the quality of care and perform medical-technical and nursing tasks according to the established area of competence.
- Additionally, you are responsible for tasks in the logistical, administrative, and housekeeping areas.
- You carry out the daily recording of materials and nursing activities – supported by the clinical information system Clinical.
- For the implementation of the area and departmental goals, you take on shared responsibility and engage in the continuous optimization of nursing processes.
