Starting immediately or by arrangement, you will take on a versatile role and support a small, efficient team in the city archive. You are a member of the project team, which, under the leadership of an overall project manager, will roll out a new Gever system in all departments of the city administration by the end of 2027.

Your Tasks
- Advising administrative offices regarding information management
- Professional support in the implementation projects (filing system, permissions, migration)
- Designing and conducting training sessions
- Maintaining basic documents
- Participation in professional application management and digital archiving
Your Profile
- University degree, preferably in archival and information sciences or equivalent further education / professional experience
- Expert knowledge in records management and digital archiving
- Experience in business administration, project management as well as records management
- Strong IT skills
- High social competence, confident appearance as well as excellent communication and analytical skills
- Systematic and structured way of working, high initiative and negotiation skills
