Clerk Reception/Administration 100% (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for reception, including telephone switchboard
• Management of the official email inbox and mail handling
• Supervision of office supplies management
• Correspondence with authorities as well as general administrative tasks
• Archiving client data
• Collaboration and management of client intake
• Collaboration in civil service management

• Qualification as a commercial clerk EFZ, as well as at least five years of professional experience in the administrative field
• You have excellent verbal and written expression in German
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• You stand out as an organizational talent, with an independent working style and networked thinking
