What you will achieve with us

Support of open child and youth work in the areas of Köniz-Liebefeld and Spiegel
Operating the youth center and conducting topic-specific activities and projects
Low-threshold counseling, support, and triage
Handling youth-specific hotspots in public spaces
Collaboration with specialist offices and authorities of the municipalities of Köniz and Kehrsatz
Maintaining active cross-municipal teamwork within the juk team
Degree in sociocultural animation, social pedagogy, social work, or a comparable qualification
Ideally with professional experience in open child and youth work
Willingness to help shape open child and youth work according to professional criteria and take responsibility for the area of tasks
You are able to continuously build contacts with children and young people
You can assert yourself, are a team player, and resilient
You are willing to work on Friday evenings and occasionally on weekends
A respectful, collegial collaboration and a good working atmosphere
Work-life balance: annual working hours, part-time work, care days, and function-dependent home office
