Medical Practice Assistant / Health Professional Endocrinology/Diabetology/Porphyria

Tasks

• You support the outpatient clinic in conducting consultations and also take on tasks such as blood sampling, infusions, and function tests.
• You assist with interventions.
• You are responsible for scheduling consultations, managing the related correspondence, and ensuring all documents are complete.
• As an important contact person, you communicate with our patients, referring doctors, as well as other internal and external parties.

Profile

• Completed basic training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Professional
• You already have 2-3 years of experience as an MPA
• Excellent organisational skills combined with a high sense of responsibility
• Very good IT skills, especially MS Office and a flair for digitalisation; KISIM experience is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Good communication and expression skills as well as precise, efficient, and independent working style
• Enjoy working in a motivated interdisciplinary team and contributing and implementing new ideas; you already have experience as an MPA (2-3 years)
