To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a committed, service-oriented, and skilled personality as a Bicycle Mechanic EFZ at Thömus AG.
Your tasks – You make a difference:
• You perform service, repair, and maintenance work on customer bikes.
• You skillfully meet customer wishes as a service provider and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You routinely record, coordinate, and process orders using our digital tools.
• You share our commitment to providing the perfect bike for every customer – technically flawless and individually tailored.
• You are not afraid to occasionally welcome customers in the shop or answer calls and emails.
Your profile – what you bring:
• You have completed training as a Bicycle Mechanic EFZ or have an equivalent qualification.
• You have a great interest in technology and enjoy contributing to the further development of Thömus bikes.
• You work independently, carefully, and flexibly – even when things get hectic, you keep an overview and pitch in.
• Teamwork, reliability, and a shared goal are natural to you – you are motivated to improve yourself and the team.
