Your tasks include, among others:
- Participation in the production and preparation of dishes for all three restaurants
Assistance in menu design
(Guest-oriented and aligned with the company concept)Precise implementation of the hygiene concept
Cleaning and maintenance of machines and equipment at the workplace
Adherence to and execution of quality standards
Cost- and quality-conscious work
Maintaining an order and inventory list
Receiving and checking incoming goods
Qualifications
Ideally, you bring the following:
Trained cook with professional experience in upscale gastronomy
You work precisely and accurately
You know all areas of a kitchen and work independently and organized
You work calmly, focused, cleanly and extremely precisely
You have business management and process-oriented thinking and acting
You have exemplary manners and are well-groomed
You have the ambition to improve yourself, the team and our house a little every day
