We are looking immediately or by arrangement for our Liestal location for a
Certified Nursing Specialist HF / DN II (60% - 100%)
Needs assessment and case management are an essential part of your
area of responsibility. You work closely with family doctors and other
partner organizations, provide holistic care and support, and visit our clients in their familiar living environment.
In addition, you advise those affected and their relatives in the field of home
care. In the interdisciplinary team, you lead and contribute professionally.
You have a valid driving license and ideally your own
car. In the Liestal catchment area, you can also conveniently complete your assignments with your own or the Spitex electric bike.
