Attached to the Finance Department and under the responsibility of the Head of Department, you actively contribute to the sound financial management of the City of Prilly and its partner entities. This key position allows you to carry out essential accounting activities while participating in the reception and smooth administrative functioning of the department. A versatile and service-oriented position.
The tasks assigned to you are as follows:
- Entering a large volume of creditor invoices within the interdepartmental process
- Billing debtors, taxes, and other fees
- Managing disputes
- Various data entry and monitoring of accounting entries
The above activities represent about 70% of the position.
Additionally, you take part in varied tasks that give full meaning to the role:
- Cash management
- Management of parking permits
- Telephone and in-person reception at the finance counter
- Mail processing and file archiving
Profile sought:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Experience in entering accounting entries and debtor/creditor billing
- Good knowledge of accounting
- Comfortable with IT tools (accounting software, ERP, office software)
- Knowledge of Abacus, Innosolv, and Cashin: a real asset
- Excellent writing skills in French
