Job description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager, with a strong background in development or infrastructure, to lead complex technical projects and ensure their success while maintaining smooth communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

🔥 Your responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate technical projects from design phase to delivery, respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Work closely with development or infrastructure teams to ensure proper execution of technical projects.
Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical specifications, in collaboration with development or infrastructure teams.
Ensure communication between technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders to guarantee alignment and understanding of objectives.
Monitor and manage risks, identify potential obstacles, and propose solutions to overcome them.
Manage project resources, including assignments, workload, and task organization to optimize productivity.
Oversee testing and validation phases to ensure technical deliverables meet defined requirements.
Implement and track performance indicators to measure project progress and adjust plans accordingly.
Ensure complete and up-to-date project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization.

🎯 Your profile:

You hold a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
You have proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with expertise in software development or IT infrastructure management.
You have strong project management skills, with mastery of agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
You have a good understanding of technical architectures, software development cycles, or IT infrastructures.
You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
You have proven skills in risk management and technical problem-solving.
You have good knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello) and collaboration platforms.
You have a client-oriented approach and the ability to understand and anticipate business needs.
You are fluent in French and have an excellent level of English.
