- You lead the team of customer attendants at the Brig location and take on operational shifts
- You ensure a safe, punctual, and customer-friendly railway operation of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn
- You recruit, accompany, and support new employees and promote development within the team
- You regularly conduct employee interviews and organize team meetings as well as accompanying trips
- You support event management and handle customer feedback as well as disruption reports
- You actively participate in projects and working groups and contribute your ideas
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training in the service sector / sales / tourism and have several years of professional experience in customer contact
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in leading teams
- You are customer-oriented, service-strong, and have a pronounced safety awareness
- You communicate clearly, are resilient, and gladly take on responsibility
- You work independently, flexibly, and are ready for irregular working hours
- You have good IT user skills and bring additional foreign language skills besides German (English, French, or Italian)
