As an Operator Loading and Unloading Center (day shift) in Visp, Switzerland, you are responsible for ensuring operational supply and handling shipping orders.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Independent filling and unloading of BULK materials at the transfer stations
- Operation and monitoring of automatic drum, IBC, and canister filling systems in the loading and unloading center
- Close coordination and alignment with internal customers to ensure smooth processes
- Review of existing processes as well as active identification and implementation of optimization opportunities
- Collaboration with relevant interfaces such as operations, laboratories, and transport services to ensure safe and efficient operations
Qualifications and experience:
- Strong safety awareness and high personal standards to strengthen the safety culture
- Independent, flexible, and responsible working style with high accuracy and reliability
- Completed training as a logistician, chemical or pharmaceutical technologist, or comparable experience as an operator in chemical production or service companies
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to perform on-call duty
