Your Impact
- You advise domestic and international financial service providers regarding risk and control frameworks with a focus on non-financial risks or regarding new regulatory requirements (e.g., FINMA Circular 2023/1 Operational Risks and Resilience, Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), EU AI Act, etc.).
- You support our clients with your knowledge to work more effectively and efficiently in risk management and compliance environments.
- You conduct regulatory-driven gap/impact analyses and derive recommendations for action from them.
- You check compliance with supervisory requirements regarding operational risk management at financial service providers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
- You work in project teams, identify new trends, address current topics, and design, present, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for our clients.
- You continuously develop your technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.
- You work in an inspiring team within an international network and regularly receive feedback from colleagues and supervisors.
Your Skill Set
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics or law, banking & finance, or a comparable qualification.
- If you have already gained initial work experience in a financial institution, at a supervisory authority, or in an audit and consulting firm, this is an advantage.
- Ability to understand complex issues and present them clearly, concisely, and appropriately for the audience.
- You are characterized by above-average communication and analytical skills and enjoy solving complex tasks.
- You are committed, team-oriented, reliable, and have a precise, solution-oriented, and efficient working style.
- You are interested in continuing education on and off the job.
- Furthermore, you have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage.
