Your role
You are the central contact point in the company for ICT, marketing, and internal service topics. Together with our external partners, you ensure in teamwork that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes at WHP, from functioning ICT to maintained communication channels to up-to-date office documents. A job for organizational talents who enjoy modern technology, marketing, and teamwork.
Your main tasks
ICT:
- First-level support for employees (hardware and software)
- Coordination with external ICT partner (e.g., maintenance, hardware, and ICT projects)
- Monitoring of IT inventory
- Maintenance and control of internal ICT documentation
Marketing:
- Coordination of all marketing activities in collaboration with external partners
- Responsibility for social media activities (e.g., LinkedIn and videos)
- Maintenance and updating of homepages
- Planning, preparation, and sending of newsletters
- Ensuring the currency of marketing materials
Internal services:
- Central contact point for employees on organizational questions
- Coordination of customer reception
- Participation in internal communication channels (Teams, intranet, info screens)
Your personality
- You have a commercial basic education or comparable professional experience.
- You have a strong affinity for ICT topics and are proficient in using MS 365 (Office programs, SharePoint, Teams).
- You bring experience in marketing and content maintenance and have flawless German language skills.
- You appreciate independent work within a team and work reliably and precisely even in hectic times.
- You enjoy contact with people and a varied daily work routine.
