- Technical and personnel management of HR consulting
- Consulting and support of managers and employees in operational and strategic HR topics
- Further development and implementation of the HR strategy in the company in line with corporate goals
- Co-responsibility in the implementation of a modern HR business model
- Analysis and optimization of HR processes
- Participation in HR projects and change management processes
- Sparring partner of the Head of HR
Your Competencies
- Completed studies or further training in the
field of HR or business administration (basic requirement level specialist certificate or bachelor) - Several years of professional experience in HR in a leadership role is an advantage
- Experience in change management as well as in
designing transformation processes - Experience in consulting and developing teams
- Sound knowledge of labor law and modern HR processes
- High consulting competence and strong communication skills
- Organizational talent with a structured way of working
- Trustworthy, empathetic, and assertive personality
