Quality Management Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Together with the quality manager, ensure that quality requirements are defined, documented, trained, and optimized for the entire Altra
- Co-responsible for maintaining and updating our ISO 9001/14001 and GMP (Swissmedic) certifications
- Represent quality management on site in production
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and change control processes
- Participate in and approve qualification and validation reports
- Create, revise, and approve quality-relevant documents (SOPs, work instructions, forms)
- Participate in external and internal audits
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training and further education in quality management
- Professional experience in the GMP area
- Independent working style and well-networked thinking
- Sense of responsibility and ability to assert oneself
- Enjoyment of a versatile activity and interest in engaging with new industries and their specific requirements
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Proficient IT user skills
- Openness to working in the social sector and contact with people with disabilities
