For our growing, lively general practice at Lindeplatz in Allschwil, we are looking for a motivated and reliable MPA with initiative, leadership qualities, and good IT skills.

Tasks
- Reception and patient management including telephone and appointment scheduling
- Laboratory work such as blood draws and sample processing
- Medication management and orders for the practice pharmacy
- Diagnostics (ECG, infusions, wound checks, vision checks, etc.)
- Administrative tasks and quality management
- Gradual assumption of leadership tasks and team coordination
We expect
- Completed vocational training as a medical practice assistant with EFZ
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Fluent German in writing and speaking
- Experience working with electronic practice information systems, ideally with Epaad
- Team player, friendly, motivated, and resilient personality
- Enjoyment of responsibility and organization
