Analytics Solutions Manager (m/f/x) between 80 and 100%

As part of our digital transformation, we are looking for the manager of our Analytics team by hiring a Analytics Solutions Manager (m/f/x) - 80-100%. In this position, you will join a motivated team of about fifteen people and play a central role between the business and IT.​​

The missions awaiting you:

Data / Analytics Strategy and Vision

• Define the vision for Analytics services and contribute to the Data strategy
• Establish/Maintain partnership with business teams

Team Management and Leadership

• Lead and supervise a team of Data engineers
• Support the transition and upskilling of your team on modern Analytics technologies

Project and Program Management

• Responsible for delivering business Analytics projects within the digital transformation program
• Develop implementation schedules considering Vaudoise's roadmap and associated dependencies

Stakeholder and Partner Management

• Manage relationships with suppliers, external and internal partners

Financial and Contractual Management

• Manage the financial dimension of solutions: TCO, contracts

Your profile:

• Hold a higher education degree such as HES, university, or EPF in computer science
• Have at least 5 years of managerial experience, with direct responsibility for a team of about ten employees
• Demonstrate significant experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or data, both functionally and technically
• Master modern Analytics technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Power BI, or equivalent tools
• Exhibit transformational and visionary leadership, capable of guiding and inspiring your team through a major transition phase, part of Vaudoise's digital transformation
• Value experience in the insurance sector, enabling you to challenge business units and propose new data exploitation opportunities
• Coach, lead, and unite Scrum teams towards increased performance, promoting continuous improvement, velocity stability, and deliverable quality
• Communicate easily in French and English (minimum level B2)
