Job Description
Permanent position as Sampler & Technical Clerk in the field of environmental analytics.
- You are responsible for the independent and comprehensive handling of customer orders with and without sampling (solid, water, and air), from the customer inquiry to the dispatch of the finished test reports and sampling protocols
- This also includes the independent organization of appointments or the planning of campaigns with customers, the preparation of the required equipment, the recording of orders in the LIMS system (SAP), and the dispatch of documents to the customer
- In addition to the maintenance and servicing of the equipment including repair and cleaning, you are responsible for the monitoring of test equipment for sampling devices according to the quality management system
- You also play a significant role in the content expansion of the QMS in your area of activity
Qualifications
- Technical or craft-based basic training with several years of professional experience
- Commercial further education/training, e.g., TEKO
- Experience in sampling environmental samples
- Precise and prompt working style, analytical thinking, and good as well as quick comprehension
- Resilient, proactive, communicative, and a team player
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP experience is an advantage
- German as a native language or excellent German skills are necessary; knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage
- Basic interest in environmental analytics
