Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent Inbound at AutoScout24, you play a crucial role in increasing customer satisfaction, improving service quality, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints. Become part of our dynamic team operating in six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India) where creativity is highly valued. Together, we face challenges, celebrate successes, and continuously learn and grow.

Specifically, you will work on the following tasks:

• Support business customers by phone and in writing in German and Italian (at native level) as well as English
• Coordination with accounting regarding invoices and reminders
• Maintenance of data and making changes to master data
• General correspondence
• Support the team with complaints and checking advertisements
• Collaboration and support of the sales team
• Processing of completed advertising and promotion contracts as well as management of advertising materials

Qualifications

What you bring

• You have a strong service and customer orientation and can respond to the needs of our business customers with patience and empathy.
• You have a technical flair and work effortlessly with various web-based tools and browsers simultaneously.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic team.
• You think networked, can quickly familiarize yourself with new developments, and enjoy performance-oriented work.
• You have fluent German and Italian skills as well as good English skills.
• You have a commercial education or bring solid professional experience that also includes activities in customer service.
