These are your tasks
- Social pedagogical support and care of children and adolescents in a residential living setting
- Implementation of the specialist concept of social space orientation within the framework of cantonal possibilities
- Taking responsibility for processes and key worker duties in one or more client systems
- Responsibility for organizational and administrative processes
- Strengthening the parenting skills of the family of origin
- Process control and design with the relevant system participants
- Implementation, co-design, and conceptual further development of the role-based network organization
This is what distinguishes you
- Diploma or equivalent qualification at HF, FH level in social work, social or curative education
- Experience working with children and adolescents as well as their families
- Empathetic, appreciative, and developmentally appropriate interaction with children and adolescents
- Ability to set boundaries and represent them in dialogue
- Knowledge of the specialist concept of social space orientation or willingness to engage deeply with it
- Authentic personality with positive charisma and sensitivity to interpersonal dynamics
- Willingness to work irregular hours including weekend, on-call, or night shifts (according to work schedule)
- Appreciates challenges in a dynamic everyday life, open to change and development, maintains calm and humor in difficult situations
