Your Tasks

• Management of the Seon branch with 10 employees
• Deputy to the regional management
• Building and expanding a good network of relationships in the catchment area 
• Promoting and ensuring an active sales and consulting culture
• Comprehensive support, 360° consulting and acquisition of investment and credit customers

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in the financial industry
• Proven leadership experience and hands-on qualities
• Higher education (banking diploma / financial planner / HFBF, FH at bachelor level)
• Affinity for investment and pension topics as well as experience in financing
• Very good acquisition and networking skills
• High initiative and organizational skills
• Pleasant manners, communicative and empathetic nature
• Regional roots
