As a Data Engineer (m/f/d) at our location in Winterbach, you actively shape the development and optimization of our data and BI infrastructure. You ensure efficient, automated data processes and continuously improve data quality as well as our BI solutions. This ensures that decisions are based on reliable, high-quality data and analyses.

Data Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Development, automation, and optimization of data pipelines (ETL, T-SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory) to integrate various data sources (e.g., ERP systems, APIs, data streams)
• Integration, cleansing, and preparation of data from different systems
• Building, maintaining, and further developing databases and BI systems (Azure SQL, Power BI, SSRS)
• Ensuring data quality while considering governance and compliance standards
• Creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Support in BI projects, analysis of business requirements, and creation of technical concepts

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification preferred
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL DB, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI as well as in developing ETL processes; knowledge of MS Fabric is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, independent and result-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and pronounced service orientation
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (level C1) are required
