Tasks

• You competently, respectfully and empathetically accompany, care for and support our residents, helping them to actively and independently shape their daily lives and specifically promote their existing resources.
• You take on demanding nursing tasks as well as medical-technical activities.
• You are flexibly deployable in various departments and contribute your expertise where it is needed.
• You observe changes attentively, report professionally and ensure complete and comprehensible documentation.
• You accompany trainees together with the vocational training supervisors and are happy to pass on your knowledge and experience.

Profile

• Empathetic and flexible personality with joy in working with older people
• Team-oriented, responsible and reliable – with an independent working style and overview even in lively moments
• Training as a Health Professional EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• IT affinity, ideally EasyDok knowledge

The annual salary for this position ranges depending on experience between CHF 70,300.– and CHF 93,936.– (100%).
